Software for Mobile Application

From the research I done, Adobe DreamWeaver is the best and the safe software to do the Mobile Application. Since I've been using this software for 2 Years, it's sound familiar for me. For the execution part, this mobile apps gonna be published by using Github and will be install in Android Phone and iOS device. By using this kind of software, it can be run on many device and the page will be responsive.
